“I met Hallee randomly in a restaurant in CR. After seeing her post her own makeup tutorials; I messaged her to do my daughter’s makeup for prom. From that point on, she did her makeup for all her events. I also had her do my niece’s & my daughter had her also do her friends. When it came time for my son to get married, she also helped with makeup for the bride & bridal party. She’s an amazing, genuinely sweet & caring person on top of being an awesome makeup artist.
